Hello everyone, we have a very busy half term planned. We will be celebrating Fathers Day and National Bookstart Week. We have a special trip to the library planned and visits from the local police, medics and fire service organised.
We will also be holding an end of term picnic on Friday 13th July, hope you can join us.
We will be covering each area of learning through our topics, don’t forget to check our noticeboard for details of planned activities and targeted areas of learning.
Our theme is ‘People who help us’, and we will be learning about being helpful and those who help us, at home and in our community. We will also be teaching the children about road safety with a little help from some lovely equipment from the Becc.
Please let us know if you have any other ideas that would support our learning this half term, we love new ideas and always welcome your input.
Children’s Progress and Attainment Please remember that you can book an appointment with your child’s keyworker at any time, especially if you have any worries or concerns. We also welcome your input and feedback with learning journeys. Staff work hard to develop these learning records and they provide an invaluable source of information for your child’s next setting. Your input is vital in ensuring we create a true reflection of your child’s learning and experience.
Transitions If your child is going to school in September, please let us know as soon as you can. We will be contacting all schools to arrange visits and supporting transition through planned activities this half term.
Reminder – Please ensure you apply sun cream before the session if the weather is warm.
